range of options available to you such as your preferred media. We have found that these
options are best handled on a case by case basis. Most products are available on CD
as well as file downloads or e-mail attachments.
We consider
an evaluation to be a serious undertaking. Our role in your evaluation of this software is to
provide you with the appropriate version of the product and then assist you by answering any questions you may have about
product features, installation or use. We also provide you a conduit to the
publisher's
technical support group should you encounter any problems or issues
during the evaluation. Should you have questions concerning the cost of
the product, we can supply you with detailed quotations including annual
maintenance.
