POP3 Mail Server

  Email for Companies without LAN-based Email

TFS PostOffice is a solution that provides Internet and intranet email for companies without LAN-based email systems to efficiently communicate internally and externally. It is compatible with all POP3 mail clients and is capable of connecting to all service providers with POP3, SMTP or UUCP mail feeds.

TFS PostOffice enables centralized pick-up and delivery of email messages with only one computer communicating with one or more providers. The system stores the email in the gateway post office until the user retrieves it. This means local email never travels on the Internet, which saves time and money while also increasing secure email communications.

bulletWeb Browser Compatible - Works with most browsers currently available, including Navigator and Internet Explorer
bulletVirus Scanning Capabilities - Automatically checks attached files of both inbound and outbound email
bullet Filtering - Puts an end to the reception of email messages from servers that issue unwanted commercial email blasts
bulletTracking and Archiving - Logs and files inbound and outbound mail so who sends what to whom and receives from where is recorded. File attachments are noted, as is attachment size.
