Network Usage Reporting with
SessionWall
Sessionwall includes a number of predefined reports
reflecting network usage and definitions. You can generate these reports using current
data or according to historical data. When you request a network usage report, you can
define a specific time range, stations and other options to fine-tune the report. After
choosing a report and defining the report parameters, you can view the usage report on
screen, print the report, send the report as Email or save the report to disk using
several formats.

Saving Data for Report
Generation
You can base a report on the snapshot or on the statistics
database. The statistics database is an internal database in which Sessionwall stores
statistical information at predefined time intervals (see Settings > Options >
Advanced). A snapshot file contains all the logged data and the blocked data at the time
the snapshot was taken. Sessionwall can automatically take a snapshot, or you can take a
snapshot manually.
